After all the videos on tiktok I finally folded and got this product after months of reluctancy. I have been taking 2 a day for about a month now and I wish I would’ve started it sooner. My after photo I am wearing makeup but texture wise my skin is so much better and I rarely get new pimples every few days rather than 7 a week.

Take 2-3 capsules daily (if under 55kg staying at 2 capsules per day is recommended), preferably with a meal. For best results, take consistently for a minimum of 30 days. After 8-12 weeks of regular use you may lower the dose to 1-2 capsules per day as a maintenance dose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult your doctor before use.
