Thank you for shopping with RebalanceME+. Below you will find all the information regarding how we process and deliver your orders.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to all locations across Malta and Gozo.
At this time we only ship locally, but we may expand to international shipping in the future.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order has been prepared and handed over to our courier, you will receive a confirmation email or message.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
Malta
• Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days
• Deliveries are carried out Monday to Saturday
Gozo
• Delivery usually takes 10-16 business days
• Deliveries normally take place twice per week (Tuesday and Friday)
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Costs
• Free delivery on orders over €30
• €5 flat delivery fee for orders under €30
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Malta and Gozo.
Simply select Cash on Delivery as your payment method during checkout after entering your delivery details.
Order Tracking
If tracking information is available for your shipment, we will share it with you once your order has been dispatched.
In some cases, the courier may contact you directly by phone or SMS to arrange delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will normally attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule.
If you require assistance arranging a new delivery time, please contact our support team.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery charges required for re-shipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from ordering, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either:
• A replacement shipment, or
• A refund or store credit
